5. Appointments and Bookings

You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is scheduled. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment or deposits for future appointments.

In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen events, staff illness, or emergencies. We will make every effort to notify you promptly and offer alternative times.

7. Pricing and Payment

All service prices are listed on our website and at our salon. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for your appointment.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Certain services or appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice.

Additional charges may apply for services that require more time, products, or expertise than initially estimated. You will be informed of any additional costs before proceeding.

Gratuities are appreciated but not required. They are entirely at your discretion.

8. Service Satisfaction and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues or provide additional services at no charge if you are unsatisfied with the original result.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, services cannot be refunded once completed, but we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Refunds will not be provided for services if dissatisfaction is due to failure to follow aftercare instructions, unrealistic expectations that were discussed prior to service, or changes in personal preference after service completion.

We maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety. All tools and equipment are properly sanitized, and we follow industry best practices and health regulations.

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medical treatments, medications, or health issues that could affect services. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse reactions for which we cannot be held liable.

If you have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before receiving certain services.

While we use quality products and take precautions, allergic reactions can occur. We recommend patch tests for clients with known sensitivities. We are not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Alena Beauty Salon and its employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or website.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Individual results may vary based on hair type, skin type, lifestyle, and other factors beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for adverse reactions to products used during services if proper health disclosures were not made by the client.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought to our salon. Please keep valuables secure.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
